Now that we have had several weeks in which to enjoy our new home, we want to thank you and everyone at Trinity Custom Builders, Inc.  All the guidance, suggestions and insight you were able to offer during critical decision making made this building process smooth and enjoyable. We had had the opportunity to watch Trinity build homes for a number of years through our friend Carl Nelson and are excited to now call one “home.”

We love our home! We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new Trinity home. We have been in the home for over 14 months now, and are as happy today as the day we moved in.

The Trinity home was our second building experience. When we compare the two experiences – it is like night and day. We were very impressed with Trinity from designing the plan, to the final touches of the home, to the competitive mortgage processing. It was a professional experience from start to finish.

You probably know that we really grew fond of Carl Nelson, our supervisor. He was always on top of everything! He kept the house moving along –  and followed up on all of our concerns. We are impressed with the quality of the home, the attention to detail and all aspects of supervision. He is a real asset to your company. We couldn’t have been happier.

Genie and I want to thank you and your team for the superb construction of our home. We thoroughly enjoyed our first “building experience” and attrbute much of our satisfaction to the efforts of you and your staff. We had so much fun, we almost regretted having to finally close and move in to our new home!

We were very satisfied with the service, experience, and professional efforts of your employees. We always felt that we received accurate and realistic information during every design and construction phase. We valued the professional feedback that we received on our “good ideas” and it seemed like the final solution was always just right. We could not have asked for a better working  relationship with a builder.

Just a note to express or appreciation to Trinity for a Job Well Done on the construction of our Custom Home in Fair Oaks Ranch. The Trinity team made the Gradys feel as members of the Trinity family from the beginning and that feeling exist as time passes.

Confirmation of our choice of Trinity as the right builder for us began with the review of our plans with you and your eagerness to make construction suggestions which were incorporated into the final plans resulting in a very livable finished product. Continuing with construction cost negotiations with you, Bubba and Tracy culminating in a contractual agreement, then the actual construction with Jeff as Superintendent.

All questions, problems or potential problems were approached by the Trinity team in a very professional manner arriving at solutions satisfactory and equitable to all parties. Follow-up and corrections to warranty items have been handled in a timely and professional manner.

When asked, Would you recommend Trinity as a quality Custom Builder, the answer is a definite Yes. We are Proud of the House we built together and as we have told you previously any time you would like to show a finished product toa prospective customer, just give us a call.
