I can honestly say our lives have been crazy busy the last 6 years since we moved in to our new Trinity Custom home in 2013.  But there is no reason I couldn’t take a few minutes to say “THANK YOU” for a job that wasn’t just well done, it was masterfully done.  We have used this home beyond our dreams for a multitude of events for our kids, and their very special days and lifetime events, for our friends’ events of significance, to host families coming to town needing a place to stay, for mission-minded folks to be hosted, holidays and neighborhood functions, and church events.  The list is long, but early in the morning when it’s quiet and I’m studying my bible and the news, I look up and MARVEL how nice the design and construction of the rooms are.  And I remember the many people like you, Ray, Carl and so many who made it possible.  I know we were “high maintenance people”!  But we all learned a lot and we/I want to express my gratefulness to you.

I would like to formally thank you for the beautiful home that you built for us!  It is as lovely now as the day we moved in.   The quality of work continues to be a joy to me and I frequently share how pleased we were with the quality and attention to detail your workers did.

The home has been a tremendous blessing to us as well as countless others we have shared it with.  It serves so well the vision and purpose for which we built it.

My mother is still alive and her apartment has been wonderful for her to live in for us to continue to care for her.  She just turned 94 on the 4th of November.

Honestly, I can say there are only a couple very minor things I would ever change – and we are SO PLEASED with the design and details of the house.

I’m sorry we were so slow and indecisive – we have difficulty making decisions and have never built a home.  You were so very helpful and patient guiding us through the process and I thank you for that!  We are very content and grateful, and feel you were great people to work with and full of integrity.

I hope your company is thriving – and please know if anyone needs to see a sample of your work or reference, I would be pleased to recommend you -or show them our home.

I have been wanting to drop you a line to let you both know how happy we are in our Trinity Custom Home! We have been here for 11 months, and not a day goes by that we don’t pinch ourselves and acknowledge how beautiful this home is!

We never second guess when we look around that something wasn’t done right, or that Trinity cut corners in the construction. We notice the little extras that were done that make a profound difference. Trinity Custom Homes delivered an A+ home!

We are very proud of this home, the floor plan, the materials used to showcase and how it sits beautifully on our lot! We have had an opportunity to entertain a lot, and jaws drop when people come in! Have had the comment more than once, “You had me at the front door, I know it’s only going to get better”! And it does, with every corner turned.

We cannot thank you enough for making our dreams come true. Thank you to you and your team! And a special thank you to Kristy for being very responsive with our warranty items (they have been few).

When we retired to Texas in 2001, we met with Trinity Custom Homes and they built our first home in Fair Oaks Ranch. We were very pleased with the outcome. When we decided to downsize in 2013, we engaged Trinity Custom Homes to build our next home. The quality of both homes is outstanding. Working with Bubba and Tracy and the entire staff has been a pleasure. They are all knowledgeable and professional in their work. We feel fortunate to have met them and worked with them in both homes.

We are so very, very thankful that Trinity Custom Builders and your awesome team built our house. It is everything we dreamed of multiplied by a million or a trillion!!! We are blown away by the beauty and grandeur of every aspect of it. There is no detail left undone! Everything is absolutely perfect and exactly the way we wanted it. You made all of that happen for us and we are forever grateful!

Thank you for your attention to every detail of this process from the beginningto the end! We really hate for it to be over – we will not know what to do with ourselves…there will be no more meetings and no more decisions to make. The only decisions left for us now are which gorgeous bedroom do we sleep in tonight and which breathtaking room do we sit in now!
